  • Discover how to create sacredness in simple daily acts and routines 

  • Discover and understand your emotions, what they are communicating to you, and how to transform them

  • Discover connection with others and yourself and a sense of community

The Details

START DATE: May 15, 2022 

We will meet every Sunday for 4 weeks beginning May 15, 2022

Time: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM 

There will be 1.5 hours of learning and 30 minutes left for questions and connecting (if you feel called to stay) 

Sessions will be recorded in the event you cannot attend live.
